Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the countries and regions currently available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required.

Where We Ship

We currently ship internationally to our available checkout markets, including Europe, the United States, and Canada. Some regions are temporarily unavailable at checkout, including Africa, Asia, South America, and other countries or regions that are not shown during checkout.

Processing Time

Each order requires 3-5 business days for sourcing, procurement, quality checking, and packing before dispatch. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Transit Time

Transit time starts after your order has been dispatched. Estimated transit times are:

  • Major European countries: 7-12 business days.
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Nordic countries, Eastern Europe, islands, and remote European areas: 10-18 business days.
  • United States and Canada: 8-15 business days. Remote areas may take 12-20 business days.
  • Enabled checkout countries or regions with limited historical delivery data: 10-20 business days.

The total estimated delivery window is usually 10-25 business days after your order is placed, including processing time and transit time.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information by email when available. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.
